Refund Policy

At YEEVIDA, we want you to love what you ordered. We value every customer, and your trust is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — within reason and under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be completely unused, unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition, with original tags and original product packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the return within 14 days
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once we verify the issue.

3. Returns (Non-Quality Reasons)
For returns due to non-quality-related reasons (such as a change of mind):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be securely and trackably packaged
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items – due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items with damaged packaging – must be in original, undamaged packaging
  • Items without tags – especially labeled items
  • Customized or personalized items – made specifically for you
  • Final sale items

8. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier first
  • If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll help investigate
