1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, unless otherwise noted.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow an estimated 15–25 business days for your order to arrive. This includes both production and international shipping.

Please note:

  • Production timelines may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to global shipping conditions beyond our control.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local delays, or other unforeseen disruptions.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
  • If still unresolved, contact the shipping carrier.
  • You may also reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date — we’re happy to help investigate.

8. Address Issues & Re-Delivery

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping fees will apply.

9. Multiple Item Orders
All items in your order will be shipped together from our fulfillment center unless otherwise stated.
